Technology selection is one of the most consequential decisions in a software project. Choose the wrong stack and you create long-term maintenance problems, performance constraints, or talent acquisition difficulty. At Globoforce UK, we approach technology selection with discipline and pragmatism.
We have strong opinions about architecture but we are technology-agnostic at the implementation level. We will recommend a mature, well-supported technology that is right for your use case — not the most fashionable option, and not the option we happen to be most comfortable with personally.
We are equally comfortable delivering a Python/Django API behind a React front end, a Java Spring Boot microservices platform, or a .NET Core enterprise application. What matters is that the technology serves the business objective.
